By using YallDesk, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be readable — please take a few minutes to review them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a YallDesk account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using YallDesk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

YallDesk provides an AI-powered receptionist platform that allows organizations to deploy a 24/7 virtual assistant trained on their own content. The service includes a dedicated phone line, a web chat widget, an admin dashboard, and document management tools. The assistant responds in English and Spanish.

Features and availability may change over time. We will notify you of material changes that affect your existing plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use YallDesk to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive callers or chat users
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Send unsolicited messages or use the assistant as a spam or robocall tool
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the YallDesk platform or APIs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Account and organizational responsibility

The admin who creates a YallDesk account is responsible for all activity under that account. You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of content you upload to train your assistant
  • How your assistant represents your organization to callers and chat users
  • Keeping your admin email address current (it is required for login)
  • Any use of the service by members of your organization

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep YallDesk available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Free trial plans do not include a service level agreement. Paid plans include our standard uptime commitment as described in your plan documentation.

We are not liable for missed calls, lost business, or other consequences of service interruptions.

6. Billing and cancellation

YallDesk offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan, and auto-renew at the end of each billing period.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
  • Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next renewal date

7. Limitation of liability

YallDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YallDesk and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed calls, incorrect assistant responses, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to YallDesk in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify the admin email on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of YallDesk after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Minor changes (corrections, clarifications) may be made without notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
